I haven't received my items


All items dispatched have a tracking number which may be tracked on Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search We'll help in anyway we can to help track down a missing item, but please contact Australia Post first with any concerns that you may have regarding any missing items.




Do you supply a Tax Invoice?


Ozbatteries Australia are registered for the GST, so if you're a business or a one off sale all customers receive a Tax Invoice. Please keep it safe for taxation purposes. If you happene to lose you invoice contact us and we'll send out a replacement for you. Hearing Aid Batteries do not attract the GST, however you will still receive an invoice




Postage Questions


Orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) we try and dispatch the same day and a notification will be sent to your email address. Any orders after our 2:00pm cut off will be dispatched the next business day We dispatch Monday to Friday with the last mail run at 5:00pm We use Australia Post regular and Express Post with tracking available on all orders at no extra cost Standard Post NSW, VIC 2 - 7 Days
SA, QLD 4 - 7 Days WA, NT 5 - 7 Days Express Post option is availble at checkout for an additional cost If requesting Express Post, please check on Australia Post website to see if you fall within the guaranteed next day delivery. Our postcode is 2640




Can I pick up my order?


Yes you can, just let us know what day you will be town so we can prepare your order




Warranty


All our products come with a 30 day, money back , replacement no questions asked warranty. For any reason you are not 100% happy with our product return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us first before returning any goods otherwise they won't be accepted. Customers will be responsible for all postage and tracking costs on returned goods. Goods outside the 30 day period that have been returned and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer When returning any goods we require a letter containing comprehensive as possible on the suspected fault All our products come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase
