I haven't received my items
All items dispatched have a tracking number which may be tracked on Australia Post website
Do you supply a Tax Invoice?
Ozbatteries Australia are registered for the GST, so if you're a business or a one off sale all customers receive a Tax Invoice. Please keep it safe for taxation purposes.
Orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) we try and dispatch the same day and a notification will be sent to your email address. Any orders after our 2:00pm cut off will be dispatched the next business day

Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can, just let us know what day you will be town so we can prepare your order
All our products come with a 30 day, money back , replacement no questions asked warranty. For any reason you are not 100% happy with our product return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us first before returning any goods otherwise they won't be accepted. Customers will be responsible for all postage and tracking costs on returned goods.
